It Starts With Raw Steel . . .
We start with raw steel that is brought into our facility by the truckload to begin the manufacturing process.

Fabrication and Welding
Next, the steel is fabricated, welded and readied for powder-coating all under our roof.

Nu-Wave believes in supporting American jobs! We also believe in teaching skilled trades. We have second-chance employees, as well as employees who hired on with no skilled trade experience, all of whom are now skilled tradesmen. As a result, we have long-term employees who CARE about craftsmanship.
Product Ready For Powder-Coating
When the fabrication and welding processes are complete, product is then powder-coated.
Shipped from Indianapolis, Indiana
Product is then hand-packed and shipped right from our location in Indianapolis.
Our Growth Continues . . .
Nu-Wave has continued to grow since its inception in January 2010. Beginning in just 7,500 sq. ft., we then moved to 19,000 sq. ft. Three years later, another move was made to a 48,000 sq. ft. facility, and in January 2020, we added another 25,000 sq. ft.
